- Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders as needed.
- Plan and execute note-taking, hypothesis development, solution exploration, and ideation activities.
- Plan and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and end-users.
- Collaborate with team to inform complex visual models, data visualizations, presentations, and other artifacts.
- Contribute to the growth of our world-class team of consultants by participating in Zenda business development activities, such as marketing, operations, recruitment, and event planning.
