- Assist in interviews with stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to note-taking, analysis, hypothesis development, solution exploration, and ideation activities.
- Assist in workshop planning and facilitation with client stakeholders and end-users.
- Collaborate with team to inform complex visual models, data visualizations, presentations, user interface designs, and other design artifacts.
- Contribute to the growth of our world-class team of professionals by participating in Zenda business development activities, such as marketing, operations, recruitment, and event planning.
- Reports directly to either a Senior or Lead Consultant.
