Co-Op/Intern
This is a hands-on role with participation within project engagements.
Ability to quickly learn and understand client business, performing in-context tasks to support project teams.
Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills. This is critical.

Assist in interviews with stakeholders as needed.
Contribute to note-taking, analysis, hypothesis development, solution exploration, and ideation activities.
Assist in workshop planning and facilitation with client stakeholders and end-users.
Collaborate with team to inform complex visual models, data visualizations, presentations, user interface designs, and other design artifacts.
Contribute to the growth of our world-class team of professionals by participating in Zenda business development activities, such as marketing, operations, recruitment, and event planning.
Reports directly to either a Senior or Lead Consultant.
0 - 4 years of experience working in a consultancy.
Proficient knowledge and experience developing presentation decks in various softwares such as Powerpoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or Figma.
Fluent in English – other languages are a bonus!
Currently studying or received BA / BFA / MA degree in human computer interaction, sociology, anthropology, psychology, behavioral sciences, philosophy, design research, or other practice.
Extremely competitive, commensurate with experience.
Hybrid role, on-site as needed in New York, New York.
